2009 Bat Management Workshop

Bats, Birds, & More, Inc. is proud to offer this very unique workshop for the Wildlife Control Professional Friday, August 21 through Tuesday, August 25, 2009.  Each workshop attendee will qualify for more than  35 hours of NWCOA CWCP approved instruction and hands-on training regarding bat management.  Holders of the Ohio Commercial Applicators Permit qualified for two hours of CEU credits for category 7 and one hour of CEU credit for CORE in the March 2009 class.  Topics to be covered include bat biology, disease, myths, repellants, inspections, equipment, safety, exclusion, prevention, warranties, marketing, sales, clean outs, add-ons, and more.

"I attended the 2007 Workshop. After 3 1/2 days I walked away with the knowledge, skills, and the understanding on how I can add Bat jobs to my services offered. I can now speak with clients regarding bats with confidence. I believe that if someone applies the information that was taught, a WCO could add tens of thousands of dollars to ones income."  Ron Krueger, A Plus Wildlife Control

"Very Informative. Even though they were long days, time went by quickly. Work site experience was valuable. It was great to talk to others on-site and get different perspectives on how they would approach a project. I appreciated hearing you say, "I don't know."  Too many "experts" get so caught up in their own egos that they forget that is is okay to say "I don't know". I place more credibility in someone who is honest about not having an answer, than someone who appears to be "BS"ing me. Good videos. They were informative and added some variation to your presentations.  Decent meeting room. Size was adequate, etc..."  David Bree, Fox Valley Wildlife Control, LLC

"I thought the class was very informative and will definitely help with bettering my business. It is good to meet fellow NWCOA members in person and share techniques and stories."  Steve Graul, A-1 Critter Solutions

"We learned every thing we needed to know to do the job in a ethical and professional manor from  inspection thru to the final clean up.  We see allot of bad attempts at doing bat jobs, with your training our staff believes we are giving the Best Bat Exclusion services in our area. Thank You."  Randy Owen, Owen Animal Control

"Just wanted to let you know of what a great bat management workshop you have produced.  You give us the knowledge, skills and confidence to help our customers with any bat related issues that may arise.  The price is right and the meals were excellent, no one went hungry!  Looking forward to any future classes you may offer.  Keep at it."  Jason Grimm, Specialized Wildlife Solutions, LLC

Attendees that complete the workshop shall be listed on www.batsbirdsandmore.com/excluders.htm and are authorized to use and display the BBM Trained Bat Excluder logo.
